Dehradun to Dehradun/Haridwar

Day 1

Dehradun – Joshimath (300 kms approx. 10 hrs)

Pick up from Dehradun/Haridwar/Rishikesh in the morning and drive to Joshimath, stop over at Devprayag for confluence view of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi. By evening we will arrive at Joshimath, on arrival check in to hotel and relax.

Overnight stay at Joshimath.

Day 2

Joshimath – Govindghat/pulna – Ghagaria (25 kmsmotorable, 13 kms trek)

Wake up to a beautiful morning in the hills. Today you will be driven to the base for trek i.e. pulna. On arrival at ghagaria check in to hotel and enjoy the misty surroundings.

Overnight stay at Ghagaria .

Lunch & Dinner

Day 3

Ghagaria – valley of flower – Ghagaria (10-12 kms both ways)

Today you will be trekking to valley of flowers a UNESCO world heritage site to witness the amazing flora of the region which includes Himalayan thimbleweed, river anemone, brown clematis and marsh marigold to name a few. Later trek back to Ghagaria.

Day 4

Ghagaria – Hemkund sahib – ghagaria (12 kms both ways)

Today trek will take you to the holy shrine of Hemkund sahib where the last sikh guru Guru Gobind Singh meditated. Just beside the Gurudwara there is a lake where devotees take a dip in glacial cold waters. Later return back to Ghagaria for overnight stay.

Day 5

Ghagaria – Govindghat – Badrinath – Joshimath

After breakfast trek down to govindghat and we will leave for Badrinath, on arrival visit temple and local market, Later drive back to Joshimath for overnight stay.

Inclusion – private cab for transfer to Badrinath and back to Joshimath, standard accommodation

Day 6

Joshimath – Dehradun/Haridwar (300 kms approx. 10 hrs)

It’s a day to return back via the same route towards Haridwar/Dehradun from where you can have your arrangements for journey back home.
